GRACe has four main strategic working areas, these are:

  • Capacity enhancement of researchers, advocates, policy makers, community agents and leaders and media through basic and advanced training workshops and training of trainers and internships in all reproductive health issues with special focus on FGC and CM at federal, state and regional levels.
  • Generating evidenceon reproductive health issues by providing rigorous and reliable data for planning, policy making and enhancing social change. 
  • Knowledge generationand managementthrough publications, an equipped resource centre, and use of multiple channels of communication and mass media.
  • Increasing visibility of innovative and effective initiatives and interventionsthrough communication and advocacy forums to enhance and foster social changes towards combating FGC and GCM.
